· The interior space is amazing, specially the open working areas and several small meeting/working/relaxing spaces here and there, that reflect the spirit of collaboration inside Facebook.
· The design of the space relied heavily on input from the users, appropriate for a flatly structured company that weights every employee’s opinion equally. O+A designers interviewed employees about what they wanted from their new headquarters
· . The design takes its inspiration from the patchwork nature of Facebook users and employees, bringing together seemingly disparate elements to form a cohesive pattern and using color and interior spacing to create neighborhoods within the open plan space. The company’s executives sit in central areas, accessible to all employees. Large lounges and open spaces provide venues for the community to come together. A kitchen and café continue Facebook’s tradition of providing gourmet meals to staff at all hours, while drinks and snacks are available at micro-kitchens throughout the headquarters.
· Other sustainable features include high recycled-content carpet and energy-efficient lighting.
· The design goal for the new facility was to maintain the history and raw aesthetic of the building and create a fun dynamic appropriate for the company’s youthful staff. Many walls and spaces are left unfinished: employees are encouraged to write on the walls, add artwork, and move furniture as needed, allowing the building to evolve continuously

• he spaces are strictly separated by a transparent zone which also has access to the office. Underneath the timber-clad pavilion can be parked and thus corresponds to the park and open environment. From the first floor is a beautiful view over the developing area with his monumental trees. Nothing in the room recalls the stereotypical office. High fixed ceilings, cove lighting and carefully detailed office furniture give the office a degree of serenity and tranquility. A restrained detailing adds to the pure appearance of the object. The rooms in the tower have a similar quality of finish. Here also plays the old shell of the tower with its walled steel construction an important role in the amenities of the room. · he building stands on the corner of the most frequented intersection in the city.
· Visible part, housing offices and retail space, represents only a third of the entire structure
Protective against the impact of the intersection, the building is oriented within where, together with adjacent buildings, it forms an open atrium, a nucleus of public activities.
· The high-polished minimal form interacts with drivers passing by, echoing their movement. The “chromosome image” of the vertical window openings provides movement with a large scale rhythm, the layer of creased metal in two contrasting hues interacts with motion by changing colour, the outer layer of printed glass softens the volume in small scale rhythm of continuous code.

• In the middle of Serra do Itapeti in the city of Mogi das Cruzes, it was chosen the site for construction of the architecture studio. The irregular land with many trees oriented the occupation so that the natural soil profile wasn’t changed and didn’t required removal of the original trees.
  Trying to use simple materials, low cost, which didn’t requires labor expertise but yet resulting in a consistent work prepared from the application of these material. The block of 8×8m landing on the ground, supported by four pilots. It was applied on the plaster lath the external area was painted in black and the internal in white. The water box, which houses the toilet and d the crown, is the vertical element attached to the main part, coated externally by thick an chapisco painted in white, and inside by later plaster in black paint.
  The wooden footbridge is the access, the south facade is composed by four panels made of demolition boards of various widths and the fireplace volume concrete slat, besides the volume of the water box. The east side, facing the forest is composed by glass frames which opens the studio to the landscape. The elements of concrete cast up the other two walls.
  For the floor it was chosen burned cement, with strips of Ipe forming a drawing and working as an expansion detail. The roof is made of thermo-acoustic metal tiles painted in white, lighting the internal space even more.
  From the beginning the natural environment of the area was the decisive paint to implement the studio with less interference as possible, applying solutions and simple finishing but with sophisticated aesthetics, demonstrating in concrete terms the concept used in all the works produced by the studio.
